I have 4 properties that I have illegal dumping being taken place on a daily basis. I am getting fined for this and I have reported this to the police and to the City of Detroit inspectors. I have a person that comes out weekly to clean up all illegal dumping so my properties don't cause rodents and etc. However, in the process of the property being cleaned up and the illegal dumping being stored the City come out and give me fine. The illegal dumping is getting out of control til my staff can not keep up with disposing it in a timely matter. I want to be in compliance and don't want to continue to be issued a fine. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in heping me resolve this matter.

This is a question for the blight department. I have a property located at 11730 wade and is adjacent to a lot that is overgrown with weeds, rodents, mosquitoes, trash and trees. I have been complaining since 2005 after the home that was on the lot become vacant. I have reached out the blight department via the online system, I have contacted the Mayors office, I have contacted BEESD and the land bank. No results. My property has a certificate of compliance and the lead/risk assessment was completed and passed. Now it is not only an eye sore, but it is a health and safety hazard.
