Will any part of Church or Tenth be resurfaced or repoured? Has attention been given to the undermining going on at Tenth and Church NE corner where the steel plate has been for about two years?

Will Church townhomes have a home owner association with legally-binding covenants incorporated into the deeds?

We will share the tax abatement agreement once it is finalized. That agreement is written between the City's law department and the developer. That agreement will contain the following provisions: project completion date, number of full-time employees, and the discussed clawback clause if they do not create the number of jobs by a certain date.
