We are a 501c3 proprietary school that focuses on training and employing Detroit’s most ‘at risk’ populations. We’re interested in providing COVID cleaning training for applicants interested in those certifications. My question is, could this funding pay for a COVID cleaning course? or would it only be able to be used for the actual cleaning and ppe used for training cohort. Thanks.

Good afternoon, We provide ER Environmental Response Cleanup Services. We have Subcontractor's that we contract to assist us on various DFD responses...for that reason we have contracts with these subcontractor's. In some of their current contracts with us, they are not required to provide us with a lot of the information that Guidehouse is requesting; therefore we received some resistance in attempting to obtain various requested information. Do we need to have DFD approve our subcontractor's and their contracts prior to using them of Covid-19 related responses?
